Where to find it:
I bought this brush at Tokyu deparment store in Shibuya, Japan. If you are visiting Japan, definitely buy there since the price is a bit lower. I have not order online yet, so I can not comment on the service. Hakuhodo also has a physical store in Torrence, CA.

Note:  The bristles are white goat and look whiter in person than the pictures. I like using this brush for powder and light bronzing.
