Where to find it:
I bought this brush at Tokyu deparment store in Shibuya, Japan. If you are visiting Japan, definitely buy there since the price is a bit lower. I have not order online yet, so I cannot comment on the service. Hakuhodo also has a physical store in Torrence, CA.

Note:  The white goat and synthetic bristles look whiter in person than the pictures. This brush feels very soft and I like to use it for highlighting. The tapered shape is great for applying powder underneath the eyes.
